Delete your Vavr account
You can delete your account yourself, in the app or on the web. It takes a minute.
In the app
Parents: open Vavr, go to Settings, and choose Delete my account.
Staff: open Vavr Staff, go to Me, and choose Delete my account.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number, passkeys and password.
- Your notification settings, and every sign-in on every device.
- Adults you authorised lose that authorisation, and one-time codes you sent stop working.
What your school keeps
Pickup, drop-off and bus records belong to your child's school, which must keep them for a period set by law (for example, licensing rules for childcare). They stay under the school's retention and are then reduced to an anonymous link, with photos and signatures deleted. To ask about them, contact your school, or write to privacy@vavr.us and we will pass your request on.
An organization's only administrator must make someone else an administrator before deleting their account.
